Steve, all

Please find the remainder of the compounding series.
It is based on current for-next.

This finalizes the plumbing we need for doing compounding for smb2/3 and
converts statvfs() to use compounding as an example on how to use the api.

Once this is in we can start converting all open/xyz/close patterns
to use compounds.

Any updated xfstest data (before and after results) from your series on
your test machines or others?

The only changes are in the first patch in the series to accomodate the comments in the previous review.

I have run full XFStest for smb2 and there are no new failures versus for-next.
I have done a lot of manal testing for smb3, with and without sign and with and without seal.
