Dbus: Add InterfaceAddress in peer properties

Allow Applications using dbus to fetch interface address in peer
properties similar to control interface.

What would this be used for? A P2P Device may be concurrently in
multiple P2P groups and as such, may have multiple P2P Interface
Addresses. I don't think it would be a good idea to provide any new
supported interface that has this constraint on the functionality. If a
peer's interface address for a specific group is needed, this would need
to be provide as a group specific information or as a list of all
(group,interface addr) pairs for a peer, or something like those
options, i.e., with the possibility of multiple addresses per peer being
taken into account.
