Better late than never: here's the gcc-9/changes.html update listing
Solaris improvements.  I'm all ears for suggestions about wording or
markup improvements.

I believe it should be "runtime library", cf. 
https://gcc.gnu.org/codingconventions.html .

And "GNU as" should be fine, instead of having to go "GNU 
<code>as</code>".
