This mirror has gone rogue and the domain is for sale, so I went
ahead and removed it with the patch below.

Point in case, mirrors@skazkaforyou.com just bounced on me (timeout).

I'm starting to think becoming more picky about new mirrors that are
not operated by well known entities.
