[wwwdocs] Remove two links from the GCC 4.2 and 4.3 release notes

The natural replacement would be
https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/manual/status.html#status.iso.tr1
alas that is for the current version of GCC, and I doubt even a link
to the then current version would be of value.
