[trans-mem] patch committed: minor commenting for IPA tm pass

Add a comment here and there, and renamed `worklist' to `irr_worklist' 
to make it clearer for my confused brain.

Committed as boring.
* trans-mem.c: Rename all instances of worklist to irr_worklist.
