The D language build on hppa64 does not include pa64-hpux.h.  It only includes pa.h.  As
a result PREFERRED_DEBUGGING_TYPE was not defined.  This caused a build error when defaults.h
was included.

The include issue might affect other defines but so far I haven't noticed any problems.

Tested on hppa64-hp-hpux11.11.
