gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

	* ast/rust-ast.h: Replace TraitItem with AssociatedItem.
	* ast/rust-item.h (class Trait): Likewise.
	* expand/rust-expand-visitor.cc (ExpandVisitor::visit):
	Likewise.
	* parse/rust-parse-impl.h (Parser::parse_trait): Likewise.
	* parse/rust-parse.h: Likewise.
