gcc/ChangeLog:

	* ada/Makefile.rtl: Add LoongArch support.
	* ada/libgnarl/s-linux__loongarch.ads: New.
	* ada/libgnat/system-linux-loongarch.ads: New.
	* config/loongarch/loongarch.h: mark normalized options
	passed from driver to gnat1 as explicit for multilib.
