Document -fhardcfr-skip-leaf.

gcc/ada/

	* doc/gnat_rm/security_hardening_features.rst (Control Flow
	Hardening): Document -fhardcfr-skip-leaf.
	* gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
