This happens when there is a size mismatch, but this must be accepted.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* gcc-interface/utils.cc (unchecked_convert): Also pad in most cases
	if the source is not a scalar type but the destination is.
