Cleanup related to handling of allocators and compile-time-known null
expressions in GNATprove.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* sem_ch4.adb (Analyze_Allocator): Fix comment.
	* sem_eval.ads (Compile-Time Known Values): Likewise.
