Cleanup related to handling of allocators in GNATprove; semantics is
unaffected.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* exp_ch4.adb (Size_In_Storage_Elements): Remove unnecessary
	DECLARE block; refill code and comments.
