[C++] SOme further g++.dg/cpp1z/decomp*.C tests

Hi!

This patch adds 3 new tests.  Tested on x86_64-linux, ok for trunk?

	* g++.dg/cpp1z/decomp13.C: New test.
	* g++.dg/cpp1z/decomp14.C: New test.
	* g++.dg/cpp1z/decomp15.C: New test.
