Implement CSRT table parsing + checking. This checks lengths and
specific field.  Does not check the shared info region as this is
not described in the specification.

Yep, its my mistake, I read the spec incorrectly, I didn't see the
0x0001 DMA controller subtype that was on the next page.  I'll fix that
