Alexander Graf - March 29, 2011, 1:29 p.m.
We need to add some more logic to the CPU description to leverage emulation
of an s390x CPU. This patch adds all the required helpers, fields in CPUState
and constant definitions required for user and system emulation.

Signed-off-by: Alexander Graf <agraf@suse.de>

---

v1 -> v2:

  - remove FPReg definition
  - remove EXCP_EXECUTE_SVC in non user-mode
  - add descriptions to more cc_ops
  - add comment on time2tod
  - remove redundant EXECUTE_SVC
  - describe EXCP_EXT
