This patch introduces a new feature that allows bitshifting (left
and right) operations to co-operate with existing iptables options.

Is there any feedback for this patch:

I am planning to do a iptables update recently, would be nice if this patch is applied..

Also, I haven't heard any feedback for a while, seems like I might've missed some review comments.
