[v2,4/6] clk: sunxi-ng: add support for the Allwinner H6 CCU

The Allwinner H6 SoC has a CCU which has been largely rearranged.

Add support for it in the sunxi-ng CCU framework.

Ditto.

Remember, you should only expose here the clocks that devices are
going to use, and remove as much intermediate clocks as possible.

If you're unsure, keep them out of the dt-binding include, we can
always move one to the dt-binding header, while the other way isn't
possible.

test only, and for daily use it should be 0.

I think AUX clock is used in PCIe code.

BTW the REF_100M clock is intermediate, and
does't need to be exported. Will fix it in the next version.
