1) Notable hotplug fix from Tejun (going straight to @stable...)

2) libata EH improvements for SAS (some of these might come via
   James' tree also)

3) bool-ify linux/ata.h

4) new driver pata_arasan_cf

5) other minor fixes, cleanups and enhancements.
