Paolo & Radim,

In case it makes life easier for you guys, I have put v2 of my "KVM:
PPC: Book3S: Provide information about hardware/firmware CVE
workarounds" patch in a branch (kvm-ppc-cve) with a signed tag that
you can pull.  (V2 adds a few more bit definitions that have been
added to the hcall definition recently.)
