Fix mips.opt use of InverseVar

In <> I noted a
nonexistent .opt flag InverseVar being used in mips.opt.  I've now
committed this patch to change that option to use Var(TARGET_MDMX, 0)
in accordance with the apparent intent.  Tested building cc1 and xgcc
for cross to mips-elf.
