[doc] install.texi: Remove reference to interix.com.

It turns out interix.com is gone, and searching a decent replacement
was not successful, so I applied the patch below to head.

Joseph, wouldn't this be a good addition for your usual deprecation 
list?  doc/install.texi reads "This target was last known to work in
GCC 3.3".

It's already on the list I suggested in 
<http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2010-12/msg01165.html>.
