[U-Boot,v2,1/3] configs: at91sam9rlek: Update for DT and DM support

Update the configuration files to support the device tree and driver
model. The device clock and pins configuration are handled by the
clock and the pinctrl drivers respectively.

 - Add converting UART to support DM_SERIAL and used in the
   board_init_f stage.
