[PR,sanitizer/78663] Fix 'dyld: Symbol not found: _memmem' linkage error on Darwin 10.6.

Hi,

this patch fixes  'dyld: Symbol not found: _memmem' linkage error on 
Darwin 10.6.
Just cherry-pick r293992 from upstream, OK to apply?
