The patch below deletes #includes for tm.h and a few other "huh?"
headers from source files for basic GCC datastructures.

Tested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.  OK to commit?

	* bitmap.c: Delete unnecessary includes.
	* ebitmap.c: Likewise.
	* et-forest.c: Likewise.
	* sreal.c: Likewise.
	* statistics.c: Likewise.
	* stringpool.c: Likewise.
	* double-int.c: Add comment for inclusion of tm.h.
