[C++] Use VAR_P (x) instead of TREE_CODE () == VAR_DECL in C++ FE

Hi!

Just a cleanup patch, most of the FE already uses these macros.

Bootstrapped/regtested on x86_64-linux and i686-linux, ok for trunk?

	* init.c (warn_placement_new_too_small): Likewise.
	* cp-gimplify.c (cp_genericize_r): Likewise.
