[Maverick,SRU] UBUNTU: SAUCE - ARM: Add DSS2 support for Overo board

SRU Justification

Impact: A power regulator named "vdds_sdi" is missing from the board
setup file, preventing the display sudbsystem from initializing
properly, something that impacts omapfb and yields a blank screen.  DSS2
related platform data are also missing.

Fix:  The fix consist in adding a "vdds_sdi" regulator declaration and
DSS2  platform device declaration and linking them to the
twl4030_platform data.  

Testcase: There is no dvi output if the patch isn't applied.

Subject: [PATCH] UBUNTU - ARM: Add DSS2 support for Overo board

Like the Beagle, EVM and IGEPv2 boads, the omapdss can't find the
"vdds_sdi" regulator, causing omapfb to exit prematurely and
yield a blank screen.

This is based on the work found here, adjusted to leave out the
SPI mofications and apply/compile:

Just a minor nit pick.  I'd suggest crafting your patch's actual commit
title to follow the format as outlined in the StablePatchFormat wiki:

eg. it should look something more like "UBUNTU: SAUCE: ARM: ...".  It
just makes it easier for whomever applies this patch to not have to
manually fix up the title when they apply it.  More below ...

I assume the original patch that this was referenced from is making it's
way upstream?

The patch below appears to have multiple whitespace coding standard
violations.  eg. spaces instead of tabs, indentations should be 8
characters wide (not 4), trailing whitespace, etc.  I'd suggest running
the patch through scripts/checkpatch.pl, fix up errors/warnings, and
re-send.

The patch is in Steve Sakoman's 2.6.35 tree but hasn't been ported to
his 2.6.36 mainline nor submitted to mainline.  I will touch base with
him to find out his intention.
