[Ada] Remove redundant tests for N_Operator_Symbol

This just removes redundant tests for N_Operator_Symbol used conjunction with
the Is_Entity_Name predicate, which already returns true on N_Operator_Symbol.

No functional changes.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk
