The attached patch backports the fix for PR 42070 from gcc trunk for gcc-4_5-branch. This eliminates bogus failures from the depreciated warning of "can't add line info" present in Xcode 3.2.x. Tested on x86_64-apple-darwin10. Okay for gcc 4.5.2?
