Apply the following sed regexes to auto-libm-test-in in order:

s/flt-32/binary32/
s/dbl-64/binary64/
s/ldbl-96-intel/intel96/
s/ldbl-96-m68k/m68k96/
s/ldbl-128ibm/ibm128/
s/ldbl-128/binary128/

and fixup ldbl-96 comment manually.

	* auto-libm-test-in:
	Replace flt-32 usage with binary32.
	Replace dbl-64 usage with binary64.
	Replace ldbl-intel-96 usage with intel96.
	Replace ldbl-m68k-96 usage with m68k96.
	Replace ldbl-128ibm usage with ibm128.
	Replace ldbl-128 usage with binary128.

	* auto-libm-test-out: Regenerate.
