[PULL,20/28] migration: delete QEMUSizedBuffer struct

Now that we don't have have a buffer based QemuFile
implementation, the QEMUSizedBuffer code is also
unused and can be deleted. A simpler buffer class
also exists in util/buffer.c which other code can
used as needed.
