Hello,

This tiny patch corrects the description of
graphite_can_represent_loop() found in graphite-scop-detection.c.

The description of that function says:
"Return true when it is not possible to represent LOOP in the
polyhedral representation."
However, it clearly does the opposite:

>  if (!graphite_can_represent_expr (scop_entry, loop, niter))
>    return false;
>
>  return true;
