Dominique has found a test case which breaks  (cf. PR 45125), which I
fixed by modifying the assert in gfc_get_symbol_decl - otherwise, the
patch is identical. I have also added the rather lengthy test case
without trying to reduce it.

Build and currently regtesting on x86-64-linux.
OK if it succeeds?
