	* target.def (dfa_new_cycle): Use DEFHOOK.  Rename dump_file to dump,
	last-sched_cycle to last_clock, cur_cycle to clock.
	* doc/tm.texi.in: Use @hook.
	* doc/tm.texi: Regenerate.
