	* target.def (resolve_overloaded_builtin): Rename params to arglist.
	Use DEFHOOK.
	* doc/tm.texi.in (TARGET_RESOLVE_OVERLOADED_BUILTIN): Use @hook.
	* doc/tm.texi: Regenerate.
