AIX also defines ::isinf and ::isnan, so this extends the configure
check to AIX.

    	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_CHECK_MATH11_PROTO): Check for obsolete isinf
    	and isnan on AIX. Quote variables.
    	* configure: Regenerate.
