Fix whitespace/typos in tree-ssa-threadupdate.c

While working on 67755, I kept getting annoyed by the formatting goofs 
and typos.  So, without further delay, whitespace & typo fixes.

Bootstrapped on x86_64 for completeness & installed on the trunk.
