[Committed] Define STDINT_LONG32 and add predefined integer types for IAMCU

Define STDINT_LONG32 to 0, add SIZE_TYPE, PTRDIFF_TYPE and WCHAR_TYPE
for IAMCU to make integer types compatible with i386 Linux.

Checked into trunk.
