[22/22] 9pfs: disentangle V9fsState

V9fsState now only contains generic fields. Introduce V9fsVirtioState
for virtio transport.  Change virtio-pci and virtio-ccw to use
V9fsVirtioState. Handle transport enumeration in generic routines.
