S/390: Fix warnings in "*setmem_long..." patterns.

Version 5 with the latest requested changes.  Seems to work now.
I've dropped the extra patch and rather marked the failing tests
as "xfail".

Patch applied with minor changes:

> +   ; Convert Pmode to BLKmode
> +   UNSPEC_REPLICATE_BYTE

That comment did not really fit after changing the name of the unspec.
