Removed MTU, head and tail-room constants CAIF_MAX_FRAMESIZE,
CAIF_MAX_PAYLOAD_SIZE, CAIF_NEEDED_HEADROOM, CAIF_NEEDED_TAILROOM.
Instead the actual values are read from CAIF Link Layer device
and calculated.
