The TPS65912 PMIC contains several regulators and a GPIO controller.
Add bindings for the TPS65912 PMIC.

Yeah, this is an unchecked copy/paste on my part, other bindings did it this also, so
I just submitted a patch to fix them too.

Same as above.  Use "../regulator/regulator.txt" instead.
