This is no longer used since commit c6bb095.

Andreas.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/openat.c (OPENAT_NOT_CANCEL): Don't define.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/wordsize-64/openat.c
	(__openat64_nocancel): Likewise.
