[committed] PR jit/66779: fix segfault

Fix a segfault where expr.c:fold_single_bit_test was segfaulting due to
jit_langhook_type_for_mode not handling QImode.

Tested with "make check-jit"; takes jit.sum from 8289 to 8434 passes.

Committed to trunk as r225522.

	* dummy-frontend.c (jit_langhook_type_for_mode): Ensure that we
	handle modes QI, HI, SI, DI, TI.

	* jit.dg/test-pr66779.c: New testcase.
