Show errors when generating libstdc++ API PDF

This makes it a bit easier to determine why 'make doc-pdf-doxygen'
failed, for the common case where it's a missing TeX package.

Tested x86_64-linux, committed to trunk.

    	* doc/Makefile.am (stamp-pdf-doxygen): Grep for LaTeX errors in log.
    	* doc/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
