[27/39] ivshmem: replace 'guest' for 'peer' appropriately

The terms 'guest' and 'peer' are used sometime interchangeably which may
be confusing. Instead, use 'peer' for the remote instances of ivshmem
clients, and 'guest' for the local VM.
