This part just add necessary change to boot imx7d.
Update clock, pinctrl and gpt for imx7d

Shenwei is trying to clean up gpt driver and the compatible, so I
suggest you skip fsl,imxgpt.txt and leave it to be handled by Shenwei's
patch series.
