Device tree bindings. Either need a device tree back or 3 weeks to pass before I can
 take them. Looks fine to me! Could cross ref the interrupts binding doc....

Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git. Will be initially pushed
out as testing for the autobuilders to play with it.
