ARM: tegra: Default configuration changes for v3.20

This is merely a regeneration of the default configuration to get rid of
two symbols that are now enabled by default or removed.

We usually don't do this for all configs on all releases -- just drop
them when you revisit the file for other reasons some other time. That
being said, no harm as long as only a few people do it every release
(i.e. we don't want this to creep up on diffstats).

Merged into next/defconfig.
