[AArch64,Testsuite] Add a test of vldN_dup intrinsics

This adds a test of the vld2_dup, vld2q_dup, vld3_dup, vld3q_dup, vld4_dup and 
vld4q_dup instrinsics.

Passing on aarch64-none-elf and aarch64_be-none-elf.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gcc.target/aarch64/vldN_dup_1.c: New test.
